Die-Cut Labels Provide Multicolor Labels
Using A Monochrome Printer
Rounded corners on die-cut labels provide a more professional look, but they also serve an important function. Labels tend to start peeling off from their corners. Rounded corners eliminates the corner as a starting point for a label to peel up, resulting in longer lasting labels. Danger and Notice die-cut labels are available in both English and Spanish in a 4" x 6" size. |
 RTK labels are available in two styes. The NFPA Diamond label is shown here. Hazards are classified visually using the NFPA Diamond with text and pictograms providing more detailed information about the substance.
Color bar RTK labels use three color bars with a numerical code identifying the type and severity of the hazard. Additional information is printed on the label. Both styles of RTK labels can be printed with either the database software included with the DuraLabel PRO printer, or using Microsoft Word templates. RTK labels are available in a variety of sizes. |
Arc flash labels may be printed with either the arc flash database software included with the DuraLabel printer, or using Microsoft Word templates. The database software has options for printing labels in English, French or Spanish. DuraLabel supplies, including arc flash labels, are all designed to high standards to assure you of quality labels and long life. Arc flash labels are available in a 4" x 6" size. |
Round die-cut labels are available in 1" and 2" diameters. The oval label is 2" x 3". Rectangular die-cut labels are available in 3" x 4" and 4" x 6" sizes. White and yellow rectangular labels are available All DuraLabel die-cut labels are self-adhesive. Just pull off the backing material and apply the label to a clean, dry surface. |
DuraLabel die-cut labels include DANGER and NOTICE labels. These labels have a preprinted header with the appropriate colors and signal words. The bottom portion of the label can be printed to include text and graphics. 
DuraLabel arc flash hazard warning labels are available with either a DANGER header, as shown here, or a WARNING header. Headers are available in three languages, English, French and Spanish.
Both round and oval die-cut labels are available. As shown here, oval labels are excellent for hard hats.
