The
DuraLabel Pro labeler uses labeling supplies that range from 1/2" up to 4" wide. It produces crisp, clear printing whether printing RTK labels, wire markers or bar code labels.
The
DuraLabel Pro connects to your PC just as any other PC printer
does. You can use software you are already familiar with, such
as Microsoft Word or to print labels and signs. Word templates,
included with the DuraLabel Pro, get you started quickly for a variety
of commonly used labels. For specialized applications such as RTK labels and arc flash labels, you can use database software, included with the DuraLabel Pro, to print labels.
If you have already been using the DuraLabel 4TTP, the Microsoft Word or Excel labels you have already designed for use with the DuraLabel 4TTP can be used with the DuraLabel Pro, with no changes. Your existing RTK and arc flash databases can be used as is, with no changes. Just install the driver for the DuraLabel Pro and use your existing software, templates and label designs.

The DuraLabel Pro has the same types of supplies available as the original DuraLabel. It can print on vinyl tapes, wire wraps, shrink tubes, die cut labels and more. Vinyl tapes are available in over 100 colors. Speciality materials are also available such as cold storage tapes, phosphorescent tapes, and repositionable tapes.
What's The Difference?
Where you'll notice the difference is that the DuraLabel Pro is faster. It's quicker and easier to load, and it prints faster.
When matched against comparable printers made by other manufacturers, the original DuraLabel 4TTP was the fastest machine available. But the new DuraLabel Pro leaves them all behind. You'll experience greater productivity when you can click "Print" and your label is done... ready to be applied.

DuraLabel Pro Supplies: Using
durable vinyl tape with permanent adhesive, the DuraLabel
Pro labeling machine creates labels and signs that can
be used indoors or outdoors for a wide variety of industrial,
military and commercial applications. All vinyl tapes are
industrial quality tapes that meet or exceed industry standards.
DuraLabel vinyl tapes are available in
100+ colors, including many custom colors. Ribbons are available
in eight colors. With the DuraLabel you'll always have the
right colors available for color coding systems, equipment,
tools and locations.
 The
DuraLabel Pro can also be used for printing specialty labels,
such as Arc Flash warning labels, and RTK labels with either
the NFPA diamond or color bar. Specialized software and
a 1,700+ chemical database is included with the DuraLabel
4TTP.
The DuraLabel labeler has other specialized
supplies available such as valve tags (see example to the
right), self-laminating wire wraps, polyolefin shrink tube
(for labeling wires), reflective tapes, glow-in-the-dark
tapes and low temperature tapes that are typically used
by cold storage facilities. The DuraLabel Pro has the supplies
