Tape Guide Install Instructions
for Duralabel PRO Printers

The following are instructions on how to properly use tape guides in order to ensure proper loading of supplies in order for the tape sensor to read the supply and for perfectly aligned printing. Tape Guides are required only for 1/2" vinyl supply and the four smallest sizes of shrink tube. Larger vinyl and shrink tube are adequately held in place by the adjustable guides.

1. Load the label material (shrink tube or vinyl) into the DuraLabel PRO Printer and thread it through the cutter.

Tape Guide Color - Size of Supply
	White - 1/2" Yellow - 3/8" Green - 1/4" Blue - 3/16" Black - 1/8"

2. Find the corresponding Tape Guide to match the size of shrink tube or vinyl loaded. Guides are required only for 1/2" vinyl supply and the four smallest sizes of shrink tube. Larger vinyl and shrink tube are adequately held in place by the adjustable guides.

3. Facing the front of the printer, hold the Tape Guide in hand with the smooth, flat side facing up and the cut-out opening on the left side.

4. Slip the cut-out opening of the guide over the left, smallest Adjustable Label Guide (inside the printer).

5. Align the label material under the grooved section of the Tape Guide to center text as it prints and for easy, smooth dispensing.

6. Move the Adjustable Tape Guides together until they stop, securing the Tape Guide in place.

7. Close the printer cover and you’re ready to print!
